Frequently asked questions
Can I visit the gallery without an appointment?
Yes, during our usual hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, after we open on 24 September. If you're interested in a particular piece, contact us beforehand to check its availability.
How can I offer an object for you to reclaim?
Email [email protected] with a few photos, dimensions, its location and what you know about its condition. We can't accept every piece, so checking before arranging transport helps avoid an unnecessary journey.
What if my product is damaged when I receive it?
Photograph the object and its packaging, keep the protective materials and contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We'll look into what happened and the available options.
How do I request a return?
Email [email protected] with your order number before sending the product back. For fragile or bulky pieces, we'll need to agree on packaging and transport first.
