Returns policy

If you are a consumer who bought a product online, you may notify us that you wish to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, either personally or through someone you designated.

Send a clear statement of withdrawal to [email protected] with your order number. You do not have to give a reason. We'll acknowledge your request and send return instructions.

Our returns address is Strada Mihai Eminescu 206, Sector 2, Bucharest. Contact us to arrange a time if you wish to return it in person.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the product back without undue delay and within the statutory deadline. For fragile or bulky pieces, please agree on packaging and handover with us before arranging transport.

If you've changed your mind and the product is eligible for return, you pay the direct cost of returning it. For bulky objects, you arrange and pay for transport to the returns address.

This rule does not apply to returns caused by a lack of conformity. If the product does not conform or was damaged before receipt, contact us to agree on the remedy and any necessary transport.

You may inspect the object as needed to establish its nature and characteristics. You are only responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what would be permitted in a shop.

Reclaimed objects may show signs of age, material variations and visible work described on the product page. These are not automatically defects or a lack of conformity.

We'll refund the amounts due within the statutory period, using the same payment method unless we expressly agree otherwise. Where applicable, we may withhold the refund until we receive the product or evidence that it has been sent back.

Your rights regarding a lack of conformity are separate from the right of withdrawal. Write to us promptly with photographs and your order number. We'll assess repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, as appropriate and in accordance with the law.
