Cookies and browser storage

Cookies are small files saved by your browser. Local storage and the cache hold other information needed for the website to work.

• Preferences: vcn-consent stores your map choice, settings version and save time in this browser. Your choice is valid for 180 days; after that, we ask again. The value remains in local storage until replaced or deleted.
• Sign-in: the payload-token cookie keeps your session for up to 14 days and is removed when you sign out.
• Bag: cart and cart_secret are kept in local storage to retrieve your bag. They don't expire automatically in the browser; they're removed when the bag session is reset or you clear the site's data.
• Opening page: vcn-skip-opening remembers your choice to view the shop for the current session.
• App installation: vcn-install-dismissed remembers that you dismissed the suggestion. We respect it for seven days; the value stays in local storage until replaced or deleted.
• Offline mode: the cache stores the offline page and resources such as images and icons. We do not save account or order pages for offline access.

The map is blocked until you accept Google Maps. After consent, it may also load on later visits while your choice remains valid. Google receives technical data, including your IP address, and may use cookies.

You can use “Get directions” to open Google Maps separately. You can withdraw consent in Cookie settings or by choosing “Disable Google Maps”. Turning the map off doesn't erase data already sent to Google or cookies it has already set.

Cloudflare protects the website and may set security-check cookies, such as cf_clearance or __cf_bm, depending on the checks applied to your visit.

When online payment is active, Stripe may use cookies and identifiers to process and protect the transaction. The payment service loads on the checkout page.

You can clear cookies, local storage and the cache in your browser settings. Deleting or blocking them may sign you out and remove access to your saved bag.

Our own banner lets you accept, reject or customise your choice. You can return to Cookie settings in the footer at any time. We don't use analytics or advertising tools in the application code. Instagram is only an external link.
