Payment methods
Orders are paid exclusively online by card through Stripe. Prices are in EUR.
Online card payment
Payment is made at checkout, before collecting your products from the gallery. Online orders will be available from 24 September 2026.
Online payments are securely processed by Stripe. The accepted payment methods and card types are those displayed by Stripe at the time of payment, depending on your device, bank and country.
VECHI CA NOU S.R.L. does not store your full card number, security code or banking credentials. These details are sent directly to the payment processor.
Payment confirmation
Before paying, you'll see the products, quantities, price and applicable charges. Once payment is complete, you can check your order's status on the confirmation page.
If payment is authorised but the order cannot be accepted because of a stock error or an unavailable one-of-a-kind piece, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method.
Security
Your card issuer may require an additional check, including 3D Secure authentication. We'll never ask for your PIN or card security code by email or phone.
