By using the website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read these terms. To buy, you must have the legal capacity to enter into the contract and provide complete, accurate information.

We may update the website's information and these terms when our services or the law change. The version available when the contract is concluded applies to your order.

The shop offers two types of products: restored pieces and new objects made from reclaimed materials.

Restored pieces are existing objects we have worked on in the workshop. New objects are made in the workshop using reclaimed materials.

Many of these objects are one of a kind. Signs of age, variations in materials and visible work are shown in each product's description and photographs.

We make every effort to provide accurate photographs and measurements. Colours may vary between screens, and handmade pieces may have small, reasonable variations in size.

Adding a product to your bag does not reserve it. After submitting your order, you receive an automatic acknowledgement. Your order is accepted when we expressly confirm availability or notify you of dispatch.

If a one-of-a-kind piece becomes unavailable or an obvious price or stock error occurs, we'll contact you and promptly refund any amount collected for an order we cannot fulfil.

Prices are in EUR, and online payments through Stripe are charged in EUR.

VECHI CA NOU S.R.L. is not VAT registered.

The product price and any additional charges are displayed before you confirm your order. You must provide complete and accurate details for invoicing.

Your invoice is sent electronically or made available in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Available methods are described on the relevant pages. Conditions shown on a product page or expressly communicated for a bulky piece supplement these terms.

Products are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity. If there's a problem, contact us at [email protected].

We do not offer an additional commercial warranty.

Nothing in these terms limits consumers' statutory rights.

Our restoration work is dedicated to the pieces we sell. We do not offer restoration services for objects brought in by customers. This does not affect how we address conformity issues with products purchased from us.

Vechi ca Nou's original text, photographs, visual identity and materials may not be copied, published or used commercially without permission, except as permitted by law.

We are not liable for temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, external providers or events beyond our reasonable control. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded by law.

If there's a problem, first email [email protected] so we can try to reach an amicable solution promptly. Consumers may also contact ANPC or use statutory alternative dispute resolution procedures.

Contracts are governed by Romanian law. The competent court is determined under applicable legal rules, without limiting consumer rights.
