Collecting your order
Online orders can only be collected from the Vechi ca Nou gallery in Bucharest. There is no pickup fee.
Gallery pickup
The address is Strada Mihai Eminescu 206, Sector 2, Bucharest. Contact us before travelling to confirm that your object is ready and arrange a collection time.
We don't currently offer courier shipping or home delivery. Gallery pickup is the only option available at checkout.
Preparing for pickup
For furniture and bulky objects, check the dimensions on the product page and arrange suitable transport. Write to us if you have questions about handling or packaging.
We'll check the object together when you collect it. If there's a problem, email [email protected] and include your order number.
