The object's story and details
A yellow mustard tube with two black legs seems to leap from the picture. The words “Muștar din Tecuci” complete a visual play on a Romanian expression for losing one's temper. The piece is modelled in papier-mâché.
Legs turn the tube into a small character, while its label keeps it close to the everyday object. Humour comes from that encounter: something familiar from the kitchen acts out a human outburst.
Dimensions: 27 × 33 cm
