The object's story and details
The Ping Pong lamp's shade is made in papier-mâché from a table-tennis table's packaging. The inside is covered in metal leaf and the outside in black acrylic paint. The hemisphere measures up to 45 cm, its circumference is 141 cm and the total height is 78 cm.
