The object's story and details
A bust surrounded by watermelons that look ready to fall. The work takes the Romanian expression “out of one's watermelons” literally, capturing with humour the moment someone loses their patience.
Fruit arranged close to the bust makes the words a visual situation. The composition holds a moment of imbalance, just before the melons seem about to leave their places.
Dimensions: 27 × 31 cm
